Golden Visa in Greece
You can be granted residency permits in Greece for you and your family, upon purchasing a property as an individual, with a contractual value of 250.000 Euros or higher. You may also purchase the property through a legal entity if you are the sole stockholder of the entity.
There is no minimum stay requirement and children up to the age of 21 are included in the family benefits from the visa. The Visa is granted for five years and renewed every five years if the property investment is retained. Living in the country is not a necessity to retain and renew the investor Visa.
